1/ The Salons
Six live coaching & mentoring sessions and Q&A rapid-fire sessions. That’s two x 75 min sessions per learning outcome. Salon sessions guide you step-by-step to building an authority-led business and get direct access to Ellen during hot-seat coaching. Between sessions you’ll refer to The Authority Manifesto (the bible for turning your ideas into a marketable one person business that gets you paid).
2/ The Community

You’ll turn your unique journey into a story that captures the hearts of the people you came here to serve.
You’ll uncover your OBI (one big idea) which weaves all of your work together... and build the confidence to claim it.
You’ll list your spicy takes, biggest beliefs, and what makes you unique; these are your ‘anti-beige’ statements that ensure you’ll stand out.
You’ll master writing to one person - finding the bullseye on the dartboard of your ideal customer - understanding them on a deeper level.
You’ll know why you are different to those who came before you and pay homage to your muses.
You’ll plot your Authority axis alongside the competition and learn to love their existance
You’ll master your hook and explaining what you do so that even grandpa gets it.
MONTH 2
Package your Authority Story
Go from idea to income:
You’ll assess revenue models for your Authority-led business and select that which best matches your ambition, lifestyle and unique situation.
You’ll write your Authority Business Plan and choose a digital home for your service.
You’ll create an offer so irresistible your ideal customers can’t help but say yes.
You’ll go LIVE and launch your service into the world, be it a sales page, booking form or content series.
You’ll learn how to tap into multiple markets or adapt your service to different clients for maximum impact.
You’ll discover hard-won lessons from Authorities on packaging, positioning and pricing (so you can avoid their mistakes).
You’ll learn to tune into what your customers most want from you, whilst ensuring you only say YES to things that excite you.
MONTH 3
Get paid for your Authority
Turn fans into loyal customers:
You’ll decide how you’ll most effectively convey your Authority online (content, workshops, events etc).
You'll know what it takes to bring the right people to you and the key differences between selling 1-1 and 1-many.
You’ll handle objections, learning to embrace not fear them - and then put your pitching to practice with role plays and sales conversations.
You’ll establish ethical sales practices, congruency and cement what it takes to be a good human in business.
You’ll learn Ellen’s biggest mistakes and wins from selling to businesses & individuals (hundreds of thousands of £ in sales).
You’ll begin building your bank of binge-worthy content that deepens ‘know like & trust factor’ and scales your Authority while you sleep.
You’ll learn the difference between followers, fans and customers, and why knowing who’s who is where the real money lies.

A: Authority Club has been curated as a fast-track to authority-led business building and growth. It combines coaching and lessons led by Ellen and a structure where you have input & support from intellectual peers on this path, too.
Double check you can say ‘yes’ to the following statements:i) You want to leverage your Authority to create a service that people will pay you to deliver (that gets a real result). You are not looking to build an audience to monetise through brand sponsors aka being an influencer.
ii) You either do not have a service that is bringing you repeat customers yet, and/or you want to upgrade/pivot what you have. For example, you have a course but want a 1-1 signature programme you can charge higher fees for. Or want to start working with a new type of customer.
If you are really happy with what you already have in place from a service and brand perspective and it’s working, then you won’t get max value joining Authority Club. We are likely to run a future membership club for more advanced members so feel free to pop your name on the next waitlist for those joining details.
iii) You bring knowledge / ideas/expertise/professional experience to the table. This could be in health, psychology, data, design, no-code, literature... you name it. Providing you are excited to build a tangible service offering alongside it and to serve real customers, that’s great.iv) You are willing to put in the hours to do the work required to be an Authority in your space in your own time, as well as contribute with your thoughts, questions and ideas in our Salon sessions. You aren’t looking to be spoon fed/ make excuses. You take accountability for your own results and progress and know you have a community, and Ellen, here to support you on your path.

Session timings will be shared nearer the time of our next round but will be suitable for those on Eurorean and US timezones. You are welcome to join from wherever you are in the world. Stripe payments ensures there are no additional fees for international transactions!

Authority Club is about learning from Ellen in Salon sessions (plus some hot seat coaching) AND doing The Work in your own time. You will get given a list of resources, tasks and inspiration to follow but you are the one actively making decisions on its implementation. If you can dedicate even one hour between sessions, this is more than many people are putting into Authority building.
Ellen creates the conditions for you to build you entrepreneurial skills and to build a business on your own terms. Of course, Ellen and the community will be there to help you iterate on ideas, stay motivated, and answer any thorny questions keeping you stuck.
What makes this different to many group programmes is that three times (monthly) you’ll submit your updated Authority Plan. That’s you saying to Ellen ‘here’s what I’ve been working on’ and the chance to be given her expert personalised feedback. -
A: Join the waitlist.
We will close the doors if we are too full, so do get your application in early.
Authority Club is limiting members for this intake both to ensure Ellen can provide everyone with enough support (no getting lost in a big group) as well as curate an environment that all members benefit from. You don’t need to bring lots of credentials/ business success to join, you must simply WANT to do this work and to get the result. We are more interested in having the right members join the Club than a specific number.

A: The main goal is that you get results by putting your Authority plan into action NOW (not just sign you up for endless learning).
We want you to apply what you learn in the real world and come back if/when you need more support.
Ellen will share options to continue the work either as a community, or with her 1-1 towards the end of the 3 months. -
A: This is an all-in bundle - where you pay the membership, and take what you need to get the result you need. You decide what you make use of or not. We are certain you will learn something new and see things in a new light each session even if you’ve been in business for a while. Ellen will also be checking your monthly Authority Plan to make sure you haven’t missed an essential step in the process.

A: As a small business, it is difficult to guarantee refunds but we will always do our best to make sure you are satisfied. A full refund can be requested should you decide to pull out BEFORE 29th February. Once the membership has started, refunds will be considered ONLY if there has been a significant change to your circumstances, or, if you are entirely dissatisfied with your experience (which we should hope would not be the case!).
